Health Insurance is the set of mechanisms responsible for protecting the health of an individual over the long term in his personal or professional life, by paying for health care.

For this, the Health Insurance allows the reimbursement of a large part of the health costs borne by the insured. It therefore fights against giving up healthcare, whatever the forms and reasons.

Equal access to care is, along with the quality of care and solidarity, one of the 3 founding principles of Health Insurance.

Quality of care refers to the degree to which health services for individuals and populations increase the likelihood of achieving desired health outcomes and are consistent with current professional knowledge.

Human nature has compelled living beings to feel the daily and natural needs of health care to achieve a long and healthy life.
Quality, affordable health care is the foundation for individuals to lead productive and fulfilling lives and for countries to have strong economies.
This therefore conditions humans to have the necessary financial means to meet these needs.
The universal health coverage (UHC) stipulates that all people must have access to quality health care without exposure to financial hardship.
It turns out that implementing UHC reflects three dimensions of coverage: who is covered, what services are covered, and how much will be paid. This is a triangular relation.
If we are to prevent future pandemics and achieve health and well-being for all by 2030, we must prioritize equity – investing more in health and allocating resources efficiently and equitably according to need.
