I. Malaria Ontology

The developed system is called MalOnto for malaria ontology.
  It consists of one super-class “Ecosystem”, 6 principal classes “Humans, Animals, Plants, Environment, Climates and Geolocalization”; several sub-classes and more than 200 terms.
  Our study aims to provide information related to the ecology, the geolocalization, the environment, the climatology, the vector (specie, disease) and the human (disease (sign/symptom), diagnosis, treatment) in the domain of malaria.
  This is useful for clinical management, epidemiologic study and drug discovery of malaria.
